Gator Workshops
February, 2009

Gator workshop seminars are student targeted sessions on contemporary topics in the area of educational technology. We'll offer 5 sessions over the balance of the school year on topics such as "Collaborating with Google Apps," "Cool, Free Software for your Computer," "Managing information overload with RSS," "Under the hood of Wikipedia," and more. These sessions will last about 30 minutes and will take place during the late start period on Wednesday mornings. We'll plan on beginning at 8:15 and ending at 8:45. The meeting location will be determined later, but we encourage you to bring your laptop to these sessions so you can try things out as we discuss them. All sessions will be recorded and posted online for those who were interested in attending but were unable to do so.

Thank you!
